What is the return policy?
You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 365 days from the item's ship date. Returns must be unworn/unused, with original tags and labels.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your item for a refund or, in some cases, receive a gift certificate for future purchases on our site.
Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
Yes, items such as manufacturer-direct products, memorabilia, and collectibles have different return policies. Please visit our Manufacturer Direct Returns section below for more details.
Are there any exclusions to the return policy?
Returns are inspected upon arrival and may be declined if:
- The return is outside the 365-day window.
- The item appears worn, washed, or used.
- The item is non-returnable (e.g., trading cards, encapsulated items, loose items, game-used items, vintage items, customized or personalized items).
- The item is a gift card or gift certificate.
- The sanitary lining has been removed from an undergarment.
- The item was damaged after delivery, altered, or returned with holes or stains (e.g., dirt, makeup, food).
- The item is missing original tags, manufacturer tags, or other accompanying materials.
What happens if I return items after the 365-day policy?
We will not accept returns after 365 days, and your merchandise will be donated to a charity of our choice. No refund will be issued for these items.
Can I return customized items?
No, all customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
What is the international return policy?
To return an item internationally:

Are there any fees associated with returns?
If you opt for a refund to your original payment method, a $9.99 fee will be deducted to cover return shipping costs if you use our return label. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover this charge. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that the refund method selected during the return process is final.
What if I want to return a gift?
We’re happy to help with gift returns! Contact us with the original order ID, email address, and the email for your e-gift certificate. We will send you a return label.
Can I return my item for an e-gift card?
Yes, by selecting the e-gift card option during the final step of our return process, you can avoid the $9.99 return label fee. The chosen refund method cannot be changed once the process is completed.
How do I initiate a return within the United States?
- Click the "Track My Order" link at the top of the page.
- Enter your Order Number and click "Continue."
- Select "View Order Details," enter your email address, and click "Continue."
- Click "Return Items," select the items to return, and choose a return option.
- Review the return details and click "Process Return."
Please note: If you don’t have a printer, you can print your return label at a library, post office, or UPS Store.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within 10 business days. Refunds typically appear within 2-7 business days after processing, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
How do I track the status of my return?
To track your return, visit "Track Order" or "My Account" on our site and follow the return process steps.
What if I accidentally ship an item to you that was not purchased on your site?
We are not responsible for items mistakenly shipped to us that were not purchased from our site ("Erroneous Return"). If accepted, we may require a processing and shipping fee to cover the cost of returning the item. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the item for 30 days. If unclaimed, we may dispose of the item or donate it to charity.
